Nuisance and Rylands v Fletcher

“Nuisance” has a special meaning at law: it deals with the situation where I do something that affects your land, or how you enjoy your land. And then there’s the interesting rule from Rylands v Fletcher, which is basically nuisance (in some jurisdictions, Singapore included).
